To highlight clinically evolving cases, if more than 30 variants exist, the chart filters for "complex" variants (those with at least two unique classification categories over time). If heavily populated, it caps at 50, prioritizing variants with the widest divergence in severity and highest submission counts. Rows are ordered top-to-bottom by the severity of their most recent evaluation.

Methodology: Rows represent the top four most frequent specific conditions (excluding generic terms). Variants are placed in a cell if they possess the column's classification and are explicitly linked to the row's condition. Within a cell, variants are prioritized based on association strength—heavily favoring variants with more submissions for that specific condition and fewer competing condition annotations.
